I recently read somewhere that the best Chinese food restaurants all have 3.5 stars on yelp, which looks to be the case here as of June '24. Having grown up in the area, my family would get Hunan Manor since I was in high school. Now in my 40s and living on the other side of the country, I make it a point to order something whenever I'm back in town. Hunan Manor is really that special. This really is an incredible spot for true east coast Chinese food, the kind New Yorkers claim you can't get anywhere else, and the kind you can't find on the west coast.

A solid workhorse of a Chinese take-out restaurant. We've ordered from Hunan Manor multiple times. While the menu is expansive, many of the dishes are very similar, i.e. they have the same brown sauce as a component. Nonetheless, all the dishes we have tried are good. I'm partial to the wonton soup. I also like the moo-shi pork (though they would be even better if they heated the moo-shi pancakes before putting them in the foil). Orders are always ready for pick-up within 15 minutes. Service is very friendly. I haven't used the online ordering system because it is so easy to just call in my order.

Strong local Chinese! We use it for Sunday dinner most weekends. The Soup is strong. It won't knock your socks off but it is quality.

Easy. Call it in and pick it up. Order by the numbers if you look it up. Pot stickers, egg rolls, Singapore noodles, beef and broccoli, along with green beans. Mmmm
